Senior HR Data and Analytics Platform Architect / Engineer

Aufgaben / Tätigkeit
  • Review the existing draft of the data and platform architecture and provide guidance for further development
  • Design and implement a robust data architecture for the HR data platform
  • Design and implement role-based permission principles in the HR data platform
  • Define data periodicity by type and domain
  • Implement the ERD (possibly star schema)
  • Provide best practice examples of how to merge different data sources into one data warehouse/ mart
Ihr Profil / Skills
  • Expertise in:
    • End-to-end understanding of HR Analytics use cases from data definition and architecture to KPI / metrics definition and dashboard design
    • Architecture, design and implementation of HR data platforms on Microsoft technology stack (MS SQL, MS PowerBI, SSIS Scripting)
    • Handling of SAP HCM data (preferably also SuccessFactors data and other HR data sources)
    • HR data structures and data models (e.g., SAP HCM infotypes)
    • Data modelling and data mart schema design
    • Generating of data models and solutions that facilitates reporting of various HR data
    • Build-up of data marts / data warehouse
  • Experience with similar HR Data and Analytics Platform Projects
