Aufgaben / Tätigkeit
  • Review customer requirements to create a shell copy of PP components / landscapes ERP, CRM BIM, APD, STM
  • All systems are HANA/SUSE ? HANA/SUSE except, APD is DB2/SUSE-? HANA/SUSE
  • APD also includes a move between separated LiveCache to Embedded LC (bringing on ECS APO consultant to assist here)
  • BIM is ABAP/JAVA stack
  • Note: PI is out of scope and will follow the greenfield approach
  • Project phase: discover / technical feasibility
  • TDMS shell copy looks feasible
  • DMLT team to confirm feasibility for each in scope component
  • Confirming any prerequisites
  • DMIS versions on source
  • SLT system
  • Software levels on APD can support the HANA migration
  • Etc
  • Conduct customer call
  • Explain what TDMS can/cannot cover as standard/options
  • Agree with the customer any input specifications they would need to provide (per component)
  • Etc
  • Document the strategy
  • Resource estimate for discovery / technical feasibility phase (and availability of resource)
  • Resource estimate for execute phase (and availability of resource)
