Position in Returns (ARM)
| Tasks |
- support KeyUser in a dynamic, complex project environment in the SD environment (especially customer order processing and pricing).
- know-how building of the internal SD KeyUser organization
- bridge function between internal and external project team members (between business and consultants of external implementation partners)
- development and execution of functional and integrative tests (or management and support of the KeyUser in this area)
- creation of work instructions and training documents (or management and support of key users in this area)
- consulting and support in optimizing integrative issues out of (or into) the SD environment
- communication with internal project management / subproject management

| Skills |
- comprehensive SD knowledge
- trade or pharma knowledge is an advantage
- experience in the area of returns advantageous
- ability to get familiar with a complex project environment
- willingness to familiarize with existing solutions and solution approaches (setting up the system is not part of the job)
- ability to act as a bridge between the consultants and the key users
- communicative, service-oriented personality with presentation skills
