We are looking for a Head of SAP Software Development (f/m) for our client on a project basis.
Head of SAP Software Development (f/m)
| Tasks |
- Human resources and technical management of internal software development
- Ensuring the smooth application operation of SAP systems in the development environment (S/4 HANA, Fiori, Solution Manager, etc.)
- Further development of the SAP system with a focus on compliance with the SAP standard
- Generation of technical specifications and cost estimates, including make or buy decisions
- Defining work packages for sprints to ensure releases taking into account the time–to–market (scrum)
- Technical contact for our external partners
- Support, train and promote learners in the field of application development

| Skills |
- IT technical training or business administration training with IT technical training at FH or HF level with a strong sense of programming languages and technical contexts
- Trainer qualification (learner) in application development or willingness to achieve it
- Multi–year proven fullstack development in SAP environment (ABAP, UI5, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, etc.), advantageous in retail
- Knowledge of interface techniques and tools (EDI, CPI, Lobster_Data, etc.)
- Leadership with internal and external SAP and non–SAP developers
- Creative, networked and solution–oriented thinking
- Strong quality awareness and customer orientation
