  • 4 years Scrum Master experience (reference projects required)
  • Profesional Scrum Master III certification
  • SAFe and HERMES 5.1 certifications
  • 2 years of experience in the public sector or in a large organisation (> 500 employees) (indication of reference projects required)

Location Berne (on site, later remote in Switzerland possible by arrangement)
Workload Minimal 80%
Languages
  • Written and spoken German (at least C1)
  • Knowledge of one of the official languages French or Italian (at least A2)
