ART LPV (Logistics, Production and Sales) is responsible for and realises the digital development of the Infrastructure division’s supply chain processes. This includes the products in the SAP area of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales and Service. We work in an agile and networked way and are looking for an experienced and committed Product Owner for the EWM team, which consists of internal and external IT employees as well as employees from the specialist departments and external developers. Expert Product Owner in the warehouse environment (Team EWM in ART LPV)

Tasks
  • You take on the tasks according to the SAFe Product Owner role description (see playbook)
  • As a Product Owner (PO) in the warehouse environment with SAP EWM, you will make an active contribution to SBB’s commercial success. The further development and end-to-end integration of warehouse processes play a central role in this.
  • You are responsible for the team backlog and work together with the business owners and stakeholders to implement innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • You will actively participate in planning events and organise them together with the Product Management/Scrum Master.
  • You ensure the availability of functionalities with appropriate prioritisation and have the expertise to structure complex topics, validate them with stakeholders and implement them together with the agile team and partners.
  • You have the skills to write, prioritise and accept user stories and iteration increments.
  • As PO, you play a decisive role in the preparation and implementation of programme increments and sprint reviews and ensure communication with the business owner and in particular with the specialist departments.
  • You are responsible for quality management and content-related topics (defining acceptance criteria, acceptance of stories/features…).
  • You coordinate content and time dependencies with other POs.
  • You help the team with the development and description of PI Objectives.
Skills
  • With your independent way of working and communicative nature, you contribute to our organisation across departments as well as in interdisciplinary teams. You initiate new, pragmatic solutions and convince others of your ideas.
  • You have conceptual and analytical skills, think in a networked and solution-orientated way and have an eye for the big picture.
  • You have also already worked in a project environment and with agile methods (Scrum/SAFe) – ideally in the role of PO. In addition, leadership and ownership are part of your programme and not foreign words.
  • You have experience in prioritisation in an agile environment and in feature and story cut.
  • You are independent, flexible, responsible and pragmatic.
  • You have very good experience in the SAP logistics environment, especially in warehouse management (SAP WM/EWM).
  • Ideally experience in SAP PP and MM, as well as integration knowledge in SAP FI/CO.
  • You also have experience with FocusBuild.
