Expert Application Consultant SAP (ERP Engineer) / BizDevOps Engineer/ DSO FIS / ART R2R

• Co-responsibility for the design of the S/4 requirements in the Explore phases of the realisation units in SAP-PS and SAP-PPM.

   

• Organising and conducting Fit2Standard / Fit2Gap workshops with the business unit

   

• Specification and implementation of S/4 requirements in the build phases of the realisation units

   

• Support in the creation of design artefacts.

   

• Analysing business requirements with a focus on SAP PPM/PS

   

• Creation of test cases and execution of test cases

• Several years of sound customising experience in SAP-PS

   

• Experience from system implementation and migration projects in the PS environment and asset management.

   

• Completed training in business informatics or similar studies in the fields of computer science or business administration.

   

• Team player mentality in an exciting, complex subject area

   

• High level of initiative and a solution-orientated mindset are required

   

• Active, open and focused communication behaviour.

   

• Knowledge of SAP PPM with integration into neighbouring SAP modules

   

• Very good knowledge of S/4HANA Focused Build and SAP R/3

   

• Ability to explain and present responsible topics

   

• Active and open towards a direct feedback culture and level-appropriate verbal and written expression and flair for entrepreneurial action.

   

• Good knowledge of agile collaboration (Scrum, SAFe)

   

• Good knowledge of Confluence, Jira and Microsoft 365

60% on site in Bern (primarily in Worblaufen/W200) / 40% remote in close consultation with the work organisation
