SAP Solution Engineer EAM within the des SAFe Framework

• Transferring the technical specification into Focused Build in English
• Participation in ceremonies according to SAFe framework and S/4 programme planning
• Advice, introduction and representation of best practices
• Close cooperation with employees e.g: Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analysts, Architects and Subject Matter Experts. Onsite and remote.
• The specific content and deadlines are determined at the planning events (PI and sprint planning)

Engineering tasks:

• End-to-end implementation, i.e. configuring and testing the S/4 requirements (features, stories)
• Creation and documentation of the technical specifications for the features and stories
• Testing and quality control
• Collaboration for the technical solution design of the functional enhancements in the SAP modules around Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).

• Supporting the business process owner in solution development
• Structured requirements management (elicitation, documentation, validation, prioritisation)
• Advising clients on the development of business processes and system solutions
• Creation and documentation of functional specifications for features and stories
• Acting as an interface between business and IT for a common understanding of business processes and systems Page 1
• Test preparation
• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of Fit2Standard workshops
• Support in and development of use cases

• Very good expertise in SAP Enterprise Asset Management products
• Can successfully advance topics independently and involve the necessary stakeholders
• Experienced in using SAFe and the tools of agile collaboration (Jira, Miro, Teams and Confluence)
• Ability to bridge the gap between methodology and pragmatism
