We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a strategic S/4HANA Conversion Program. This program is a board-level initiative and has a high priority for the Market Unit. Initially, the Project Manager will focus on coordinating scoping workshops (Fit & Gap Analysis and Simplification Items). Once this phase is successfully completed, the role will extend to managing the entire S/4HANA Conversion Project.

Project Management

Tasks Phase 1: Workshop Coordination (Scoping Phase)

  • Organize and schedule S/4HANA Fit & Gap Analysis and Simplification Items workshops.
  • Ensure smooth execution of workshops, including logistics, agendas, and participation.
  • Document workshop outcomes, track action items, and maintain clear follow-up processes.
  • Act as liaison between customer stakeholders and SAP teams during the scoping stage.

Phase 2: S/4HANA Conversion Project Management Project Leadership

  • Define or refine project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with customer’s requirements.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with SAP methodologies and quality standards.
  • Oversee approval processes for key deliverables.

    Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer and SAP delivery teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at business, technical, and executive levels.
  • Facilitate project governance, including steering committee meetings.

    Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Align SAP internal resources and customer teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Lead regular project status meetings and ensure consistent reporting.

    Risk & Issue Management

  • Proactively identify risks and define mitigation strategies.
  • Manage escalations with urgency and transparency.

    Budget & Resource Management

  • Monitor project budget, costs, and resource utilization.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources and forecasting.

    Customer Success & Satisfaction

  • Drive outcomes that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with customer to enable continuous improvement and adoption success.
Skills
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (mandatory).
  • Experience with S/4HANA Conversion projects (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
