Financial Management:

  • Manage project budgets & control costs
  • Conduct financial analysis to demonstrate ROI
  • Ensure financial reporting aligns with organizational requirements

Vendor and Contract Management:

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, supporting business departments
  • Ensure timely delivery of vendor services and products
Skills
  • Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, information Technology or related field (Master‘s degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program-/project management, specifically SAP S/4HANA transformation projects (on business side)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification (PMI, PRINCE2 ) is a plus
  • Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale business transformation projects
  • Clear & effective communication (fluent in English & German is a must) to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences
  • Understanding of relevant regulations for the transformation to comply with regulatory requirements (e.g. data protection, financial regulations)

ART LPV (Logistics, Production and Sales) is responsible for and realises the digital development of the Infrastructure division’s supply chain processes. To connect the POS system to SAP via the Integration Suite, several apps are being developed that are to be used for monitoring and posting the POS statements. A first draft of the app is already available and the developments are being carried out by several developers.

Skills
  • ABAP skills are also consolidated so that the developer can also adapt the required modules themselves. At a minimum, there must be an understanding of how the interaction between the backend system and the app works
  • Basic understanding of SAP ERP – the person should have a long-standing SAP background and be familiar with the data model and the techniques used in development (e.g. ABAP)
  • Ability to work in a team is extremely important – we don’t need a lone wolf, but someone who can work purposefully with other external and internal developers and consultants
Location

On-site assignments – willingness to work regularly on site must be present, but remote work is also possible as soon as the relationship of trust in the team is established
