Tasks
  • Implementing the “Grid Asset Information Life-Cycle” project assignment approved by the Executive Board with objectives, resources, milestones, schedule, costs, expenses, process model, project structure plan, risk plan and project organization.
  • Setting up a suitable project organization; managing the project team and deploying it in accordance with the defined Swissgrid project governance.
  • Dividing the project into sub-projects and work packages; creating the associated orders; evaluating suppliers; planning the deployment of personnel (defining responsibilities, performance targets, personnel planning) for the project; recruiting, managing and assessing (qualifying) project staff.
  • Recognizing the effects of change requests, problems and changed framework conditions on the project; in the event of deviations from the project plan, developing proposals for solutions and coordinating these with the program management and the client.
  • Carrying out quality assurance measures; ensuring the quality of the project results and arranging for their acceptance and approval.
  • Leading a proactive risk management.
  • Checking and approving the project results; arranging for their acceptance and approval by the client.
  • Defining the key figures for progress and success control.
  • Planning and controlling the project with regard to delivery items, deadlines, costs, quality and risks; preparing status reports; identifying and justifying deviations from the project plans and initiating any necessary measures; identifying and monitoring deviations.

Tasks The SAP Lead for Finance will lead and collaborate with customer and SAP team members to successfully deliver financial processes for customer’s SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Implementation in 1-4 European countries, and potentially India over the next three years. This will be part of an overall seven-year program which is planned to deploy Bulgaria or Croatia in the first year, followed by 1-2 smaller European countries in the second year, and India in year three.

  • Strong experience implementing Finance scope items in the key areas of Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payment and Bank Communication Management, Credit Evaluation and Management, Closing Operations, Dispute Resolution and Collections, Product Costing, Treasury and Risk Management, Leasing and Assets.
  • Solid understanding of other financial processes, financial integration topics with other lines of business, data, and reporting workstreams.
  • Experience implementing financial processes in multiple European countries.
  •  Public Cloud experience highly preferred.
  • SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance certification and experience are preferred.
  • India finance implementation experience
