Tasks
  • Develop and implement a new management accounting concept for the bank, focusing on profit centers and cost centers
  • Act as a Senior Consultant in the key design areas of Management Accounting
  • Define the new concept and hierarchical structure for profit and cost centers to ensure proper data aggregation and reporting, including matrix consolidation.
  • Design and plan the implementation of the ICMR intercompany processes to replace the current TP+ module.
  • Analyze the impact of the implementation on BW/4 and management reporting
  • Contribute to the definition of the implementation plan
  • Conduct key user training, testing, and hypercare with optimization
Skills

Must have competences

  •  5 years of extensive experience in the design and implementation of management accounting with SAP, ideally S/4HANA
  •  Experience in management accounting within a banking environment, ideally in wealth management
  •  Knowledge of reporting structures and processes, including internal business processes
  •  Ability to design and implement management accounting concepts with a focus on profit centers and cost centers
  •  Skilled in defining new profit and cost center concepts, as well as hierarchical structures, to ensure proper data aggregation and reporting.
  •  Experience in designing and planning the implementation of ICMR intercompany processes to replace the current TP+ module
  •  Able to analyze the impact of the implementation on BW/4 and management reporting
  •  Well-versed in conducting key user training, testing, and hypercare with optimization

  • Experience with agile project methodologies

Tasks
  • Plan the complex conversion project incl. the Near Zero Downtime (NZDT) conversion method.
  • Managing the large SAP team consisting of technical teams (NZDT, ECS) and functional teams.
  • Managing complex cutover management activities including owning/creating the cutover plan including NZDT, setting up cutover governance, coordinating customer/SAP cutover teams.
  • Managing and mitigating the Program related project risks.
  • SAP and customer teams’ coordination cross all phases, to ensure that projects adhere to scope, on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholders Management, by establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant customer stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and deliverables quality.
  • Establish quality standards and ensure these standards are met.
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate SAP and customer management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
  • Overview of all critical topics (technical, functional, project).
  • Project controlling including tracking the forecast/actuals and CR creation.

Task

DPP (Data Protection) Workbench in BW – Build of a customer specific environment to read messages coming from ILM from SAP sources and messages from external sources. Customer uses BW powered by SAP HANA. Customer wants to anonymize data which needs to be build up individually. A list of all data targets and objects was already created, details for the implementation need to be created.

 

  • Concept and implementation including building up master rules (prototyping)
  • Coaching / Knowledge transfer to client team.
Skills
  • Knowledge of Data Privacy topics in the context of BW are a benefit, but not a must have.
  • Coding knowledge would be a benefit especially regarding mixed modelling.

Tasks The task involves creating the content together with the technical specialists. The text modules and variables as well as the template layout are defined with the help of SAP SDP.

The project is implemented according to the HERMES project management method and is currently in the realisation phase. The following tasks and results are expected to be created, continued and maintained on the basis of the sub-project order and the results already achieved:

Realisation phase

Create / revise technical specification

– Clarify document content and process details and document them in the technical specification

– Ensure cross-organisational editorial revision and legal review

– Commission translations of the output documents

Trigger / ensure technical integration

– Maintain existing / new CI/CD

– Obtain document ID

– Maintain document names and document types in multiple languages (table maintenance)

– Describe variables and have them technically implemented

– Ensure process integration including correct sender and recipient information (table maintenance/customising)

Implement document template

– Create text modules in the Fiori app and integrate them in all languages and variables

– Mapping the text modules in table maintenance

– Update text modules of the ‘legal text’ type for revisions of legal documents
